Two ways of working

Only the kitchen, or the whole floor.

A planner can bring NURA in for the Indian kitchen alone, inside a project run by others, or hand over the entire set-up.

Choose the way of working

NURA cooks inside a set-up run by the venue or the planner's suppliers. Kitchen, tandoor, live stations and buffet are ours; the rest of the floor is theirs.

NURA brings the floor as well: bar, tables, linen, chairs, lounge, covers and the logistics that go with them. One contact for everything.

The Indian kitchenby NURA

  1. Mobile kitchen Ovens, fryers, cold storage, wash-up. Built where the venue has none.
  2. Tandoor Naan and tikka cooked in front of the guests.
  3. Live stations Dosa, chaat and pani puri made to order.
  4. Buffet Silver, glass, wood or ceramic, drawn into the design of the day.

Full service addsby NURAby the venue or other suppliers

  1. Bar Beverage stations, lassi, juice dispensers, samovar and coffee.
  2. Imperial table The long table for the families, with the linen chosen for the day.
  3. Round tables Rounds, ovals, squares or curved layouts from the planner's drawing.
  4. Lounge Sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, outdoor furniture.
  5. Ceremony seating Chairs for the ceremony and for dinner: Chiavarina, Antica Quercia, Toscana Intreccio.
  6. Covers Gazebos, umbrellas, heating and cooling.

This is not a rental catalogue. The point is that one call covers the whole floor. What each family of equipment includes is on the set-up page.

If you are considering hiring Nura for your wedding- do it now! Best decision we made in our wedding planning. The food was delicious, plentiful, and perfectly spiced. The drinks were equally delicious, everything was so fresh. The presentation of everything was more beautiful than anything we imagined as well. The service was above and beyond, our guests spoke about the staff the entire weekend after the event and how kind and lovely they were. They anticipated needs before you had them- you’d turn to look for a fork, and they’d be there with one. Nura truly wants their customers to have the best experience and it’s evident in their service and smiles. We can’t recommend them enough, we were blown away with every aspect of Nura and hope they continue to thrive as a business. One thing is for sure- you will get the best Indian food in all of Italy (maybe even Europe!) and they will make sure your wedding or event is perfect. Heartfelt thanks!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Marta and her amazing team at NURA catering. We had a lovely Italian catering company set up for us for our wedding but being, you know, things do not go according to plan when you’re Indian and I feared not being able to be on time with them, so about three months before our wedding, we started to look for Indian catering companies. Being that we were based in California and could not do any tastings, it was very risky for us to blindly trust what we didn’t know, and let me tell you, NURA DID NOT DISSAPPOINT! Sadly, I was unable to sample all of the delicious food. But my guests were amazed at how we found such a wonderful company that catered to everyone's tastes and palates. The chef also came out and spoke with our guests and our dads LOVED him. Our wedding food continues to receive positive reviews, which makes me very happy. Thank you, NURA! You are all simply amazing! All I want is to return so I can eat everything I was unable to.
