Set-up
When asked, NURA is the single contact for catering, mise en place, equipment, furniture and the logistics that go with them.

Two modes
Specialist Indian caterer, or full-service partner.
The client chooses an essential service, or hands NURA a much more complete management.
In the first mode NURA brings the Indian kitchen inside a project coordinated by other suppliers. In the second it manages food, beverage, service staff, kitchen equipment, buffet set-up, tableware, linen, furniture, mise en place and logistics.
The supplies list the client receives shows only part of what is used on a normal event. It is not the limit.
On the plan
The two modes, drawn.
Switch between them and read, zone by zone, what NURA brings in each case.
NURA cooks inside a set-up run by the venue or the planner's suppliers. Kitchen, tandoor, live stations and buffet are ours; the rest of the floor is theirs.
NURA brings the floor as well: bar, tables, linen, chairs, lounge, covers and the logistics that go with them. One contact for everything.

Kitchens
A kitchen where there is none.
Destination weddings happen in villas, castles and historic houses that rarely have a kitchen built for the size of the event.
NURA brings the technical structure: mobile kitchens, work tables, refrigeration, ovens, fryers, wash-up, hot holding, the tandoor and the equipment Indian cooking needs, inside temporary structures agreed with the venue.
It is the part of the work a family never sees, and the part that decides whether three hundred plates arrive hot.
Send the drawing. We will tell you what it takes.
Or send the venue, and we will draw it with you.
