What we collect

Through the enquiry form: first name, last name, email, date of the event, venue or place, approximate number of guests; optionally the name of a wedding planner or agency, a message, and the cultural or culinary tradition you would like us to consider.

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single technical value in your browser remembers that you closed the enquiry panel, for seven days.

The field on tradition

Describing a tradition can reveal religious beliefs, which are a special category of data under article 9 of the GDPR. The field is optional. We process it only with your explicit consent, given through the checkbox under the form, and only to prepare a proposal for your event. It is never used for any other purpose and never shared beyond the people who write the proposal.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1.b). For the field on tradition: your explicit consent (article 9.2.a). We do not use your data for marketing.

For how long

Enquiries that do not become a contract are deleted twelve months after the last exchange. To be confirmed by NURA.

Who sees it

The people at NURA who handle enquiries and write proposals. Our email provider and, if a form service is used, its provider, as processors. No transfer outside the European Union is intended.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@nuraindianfood.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
